Tabellarium (from tabellarius, the Roman messenger) is the communications layer of a personal Uni-Versum. It is one of the four pillars of the system, alongside satelles, census, and nos.
Tabellarium unifies all incoming and outgoing message channels into a single processing node: it receives, classifies, routes, and distributes. It is the counterpart to census: where census knows who the entities are and how they relate, tabellarium knows how to reach them.
Each Uni-Versum decides its own implementation of tabellarium. The design establishes the function (unified communications processing) and the boundary (it does not store long-term knowledge, it does not decide relationships, it does not replace existing channels), but the specific architecture is a personal decision.

Tabellarium (del latín tabellarius, el mensajero romano) es la capa de comunicaciones de un Uni-Versum personal. Es uno de los cuatro pilares del sistema, junto con satelles, census y nos.
Tabellarium unifica todos los canales de mensajes entrantes y salientes en un único nodo de procesamiento: recibe, clasifica, enruta y distribuye. Es la contraparte de census: donde census sabe quiénes son las entidades y cómo se relacionan, tabellarium sabe cómo alcanzarlas.
Cada Uni-Versum decide su propia implementación de tabellarium. El diseño establece la función (procesamiento unificado de comunicaciones) y la frontera (no almacena conocimiento a largo plazo, no decide relaciones, no reemplaza los canales existentes), pero la arquitectura específica es una decisión personal.
