The conditor property declares which nos founded a satelles. The conditor is the perspective that initiated the workspace and established its conditions: its purpose, its conventions, its initial structure. Like the Roman conditor urbis (founder of the city), the conditor does not merely build; they set the terms under which the space operates.
This is distinct from habitatores: many agents may be listed as inhabitants of a workspace, but only one nos founded it. In collaborative insulae, the conditor is the nos whose initiative brought the space into existence, even if other nos participate as equals.
